AluSil International provides top quality Virgin and Filled PTFE and PEEK machined parts. Glass, carbon and graphite are just a few samples of the varieties of filled PTFE and PEEK that we can offer.

We are equipped with modern CNC machines for production of all kinds of PTFE and PEEK machined parts up to 2100 mm in diameter. Some examples of our products are: Valve Seats and Seals, Gaskets, O-rings, Gland packing, Bellows, Piston seals, Back Up rings.‍

AluSil International supplies PTFE and PEEK that meets or is certified to FDA, EU 10/2011 regulation, 3-A Sanitary standard, WRC, KTW, NSF 61, ACS as well as special biocompatible grade according to ISO 10993. Besides that we also have NORSOK approved materials.

All parts are produced according to customer-specific requirements.

We also handle skived tapes & foils, skived & molded sheets, extruded rods & tubes, molded rods & tubes.

On request we work with many other High Performance Materials such as: PFA, FEP, PVDF, ECTFE and PCTFE.
